Immune Exercise Physiology

Immune Exercise Physiology specialises in exercise prescription and delivery to people with an autoimmune disease. We understand the barriers associated with exercise and facilitate this through providing telehealth and in-home consultations in the convenience and comfort of your own home. No need to spend unnecessary energy (i.e. spoons) and time traveling. Telehealth, in our opinion, offers the same experience as if we were in the room with you. It is live, real-time, and delivered to you using Zoom video communications. Here we will be able to guide you through safe and achievable exercises, monitor your technique, and educate you on how to engage with exercise through-out your home and lifestyle. For those of you who require hands-on feedback and prefer face-to-face communication, we also offer this as a service by coming into your home or meeting you at a local park, if that is what you prefer. At Immune Exercise Physiology we believe that exercise should be convenient, enjoyable, and realistic. We are excited to be able to work with a small community of people living with a rare autoimmune disease, and offer a community feel and sense of relatedness and empowerment through our free forum opportunities to connect with others in similar situations to you. We understand that speciality and personalised exercise can be costly, and so we encourage and facilitate you to seek financial support through government schemes such as NDIS, my aged care, or Medicare if you are eligible.
