Born from the collaboration of two aficionados – Nakul Bhonsle, a master of craft beers, and a maestro of mixology, Pankaj Balachandran, Boilermaker nurtures a friendly spirit in its concept and space. It is a manifestation of the very concept it takes its name from— a shot of whiskey chased with a beer. Here, craft spirits, tapped brews, and experimental food tango on a stage of laid-back comfort characteristic of Goa.
