Bolton Together

Through voluntary sector-led collaboration, delivering high-quality cost-effective integrated services for children, young people and their families in Bolton, utilising existing resource more effectively and generating new funds and resources. We aim to reduce social isolation and improve health and well being. We currently have 25 members delivering services to children and young people. We facilitate joint working, contract manage and distribute funding to our members. Voluntary Sector organisations delivering in Bolton to children and young people are eligible to apply to become a member. Current programmes delivered include: : IThrive - 0 - 19 years programme - members provide emotional health and well being support to children, young people and families. The Holiday Activity and Food Programme - providing diverse and enriching activities over the school holidays. 0-19 Service Engagement - enabling young people to have a voice in the health services that they receive.
