• Multi-residential (apartments, condominiums)
• Public entities; Municipalities, Universities, Schools and Healthcare facilities

Incentive Levels
• Lighting Retrofits and Lighting Controls
- $400 per kW of on-peak demand reduction
- $0.05 per kWh annual energy savings
• $250 per ton of cooling for ground source heat pumps
• All other measures
- $800 per kW of on-peak demand reduction
- $0.10 per kWh annual energy savings
Incentive Cap
• Limited to 40% of total eligible project costs
Duration
The deadline for submitting applications is December 31, 2010. Participants will have until June 30, 2011 to complete their projects in order to receive incentives payments.
