A natural sanctuary for mind, body and spirit, a haven for replenishment, rejuvenation and re-connection with self within the bustling city of Sydney. Botannix Yoga studio is a unique, boutique yoga space, that has been operating for 12 years, offering a variety of yoga classes, courses, workshops, masterclasses and yoga teacher trainings suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners.Our aim is to create a safe space for students to unplug from the busy, stressful day to day, to relax, calm the nervous system and health through the practice of yoga. Students are encouraged to examine and honor their own limits, while at the same time, being professionally guided to places of growth and expansion by a varied range of experienced yoga teachers through a diverse range of yoga styles, that include slower, grounding, meditative to flowing, dynamic, strengthening practices - Hatha, Slow Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Lotus Flow, Yin, Meditation, Pregnancy, Mums and Bubs Yoga.At Botannix yoga studio we believe that the intentions we cultivate on the yoga mat can lead to balance, peace and harmony in our daily lives; awakening senses, creativity, intuition and spirituality which help release, let go, so we can create space to reset, focus, achieve, believe, transform, build strength and conquer fear.
