It all began in 1968 with Jeddo, an established lawyer in Beirut who had a strong passion to make ice cream. Whether he had guests over or was invited to dinners and parties, he would always bring his ice cream with
him. Soon enough people across Beirut started hearing of his ice cream and asking where to buy it.
Several decades later, armed with the childhood memories of their Jeddo’s delicious homemade recipes, the three Grand daughters where determined to revive their Jeddo’s ice cream legacy. They would sit with Jeddo on nights end, determined to learn Jeddo’s ice cream recipes and how to perfect it. Finally, in 2016
they were ready to open their own ice cream parlor in the heart of Beirut and call it Bouzet Jeddo.
Bouzet Jeddo is now one of the leading ice cream suppliers in beirut. His quick success encouraged us to expand our brand into the UAE market and as such, Bouzet Jeddo UAE was founded in may 2018.
