Scoopi Cafe

Scoopi is a gourmet ice cream and chocolate caffe on jumeirah beach road in dubai. It's the creation of ZUBIN DOSHI , in his quest to bring gourmet ice cream and hand crafted chocolates to the UAE. It all started when Zubin visited the United States and tasted ice cream that was made using liquid nitrogen process. When making ice cream with liquid nitrogen (-196 C) it creates the perfect ice cream with very little ice crystals and a buttery texture. In making the ice cream we resourced the finest ingredients available to us, cream from Denmark, hand picked Boiron fruit from France and valhrona chocolate from France. Scoopi created unique flavours like MEDJOOL DATE and the exclusive BLACK DIAMOND. The BLACK DIAMOND is dubai's most expensive dessert which is a Madagascar vanilla ice cream flavoured with Iranian saffron and Italian black truffles, garnished with 23 carat edible gold and served in a rare bowl with a silver spoon. In his pursuit for guests to have a unique culinary experience Zubin added International Sundaes like the Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee. Hand crafted chocolates are another passion for Zubin and during his International travel to Antwerpen, Belgium he was introduced to a chocolatier that designed a chocolate machine that tempers and moulds his 27 varieties of gourmet sweets.
