Protects the product against infection and re-infection

For preserving, the concentration can vary between 0,001% till max. 0,1%.
For disinfecting the concentration can vary between 0,1 till 0,5%. Boxyl® can be applied in those cases in which bacteriological cleanliness of the product is necessary and can be used in various fresh, deep-frozen, dried and other sorts of preserved foods, like diced or precooked vegetables, dairy products, mussels, shrimps, various other fish and fish products, meat and meat products as well as ready-made meals. Other possible applications are the treatment of consumption and hatching eggs, stables and areas where food products are prepared, processed, packed and Stored. Because of its broad disinfection potential, Boxyl® destroys gram positive as well as gram negative bacteria, viruses, yeast’s, algae and fungi and it prevents the building up of slime and foam. Boxyl® is no antibiotic, which means no risk that the bacteria will become resistant to Boxyl®.
