With two of the fewer than 200 Board Certified Labor and Employment Lawyers in Florida on our team, naturally our primary focus is on employment law. We help employers of all sizes and in all industries with all types of employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment, retaliation, medical/disability issues, wage/hour and overtime issues, and whistleblower claims, to name a few. We pride ourselves in being proactive in our counseling and our training, with the goal of helping clients avoid claims and lawsuits. When the need arises, however, we are also experienced, talented litigators willing to fight for our clients.
In addition to employment law, we also handle a variety of business and general government-related matters. We have extensive experience in business disputes involving contracts, real estate, construction, commercial leases, ADA accessibility, and business break-ups. We also assist government entities with a variety of matters, including compliance with Florida Sunshine Laws, responding to public records requests, advising on personnel issues, preparation or review of government contracts, and representation in union matters, including grievances and arbitration.
