The mission of BPSOS Center for Community Advancement (BPSOS CCA) is to improve the lives of Orange County residents through the delivery of effective and sustainable services. Boat People SOS (BPSOS) is a national Vietnamese-American nonprofit community-based organization with a long track record of services since 1980. Our mission is to empower, organize, and equip Vietnamese individuals and communities in their pursuit of liberty and dignity. Some of our services: • Health and social services enrollment and navigation • Immigration services • Citizenship transportation, fingerprint scan, USCIS interview, and oath ceremony • Food bank • Notary Public • Translation for all type of document • Citizenship preparation and mock interview • Basic ESL classes • Occupational safety training ...and more!
