Our classes are not only a wonderful calorie burning workout, you will learn proper technique to ensure safety and a "real feel," from instructors that are fully committed to the MMA and Boxing culture. Our BJJ program is run by an Ultra-Competitive instructor that currently competes on the international level. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is offered to boys, girls, men, women, competitors, as well as business professionals. Last but certainly not least, we offer an Anti-Bully program in the form of our Youth MMA program. Our students are instructed in all aspect of Mixed Martial Arts as well as discipline, kindness, awareness, and TOUGHNESS! We provide a family atmosphere of fun and functional fitness!
