Today's food system is so wasteful! We started Brave Brews to lead the change toward a circular local model and enable consumers to make simple everyday better choices. We rescue surplus bread and connect local brewers and bakers, restaurants and retailers to produce a tasty, circular beer. It's simple really! Local bread, local beers, enjoyed locally.
