Interdisciplinary Environmental Association

The IEA is committed to fostering a scholarly atmosphere where academia, public and private institutions, civil societies, and individuals with a stake and passion for understanding and communicating about planetary and human threats can come together to share knowledge and thoughtfully discuss today's multifaceted, interrelated environmental challenges. Every year we host the IICE, International Interdisciplinary Conference on the Environment where members and attendees present on many current environmental topics in the form of workshops, panel discussions, and paper presentations while engaging with keynote speakers and the audience. We are an academic home for university students. Kappa Alpha Omicron Honors Society currently serves 14 chapters across the United States. It welcomes international colleges and universities to our academic network in higher education environmental sciences and interdisciplinary studies.
