We're all about pushing the limits of what a sandwich can be and bringing Italian cuisine to the forefront of the sandwich revolution. This is why we started with the decision of making the bread ourselves; operationally, it might seem counter-intuitive, but it is our competitive advantage and also what makes bread&truffle different.
