Break the Box is an Opportunity Zone fund for Young Professional minorities with systematic and psychological barriers who are looking for an easier entry into homeownership and equity growth. Through a two-tier system, created by the Break the Box team, and an accentuator we are creating a wealth ecosystem that allows both investors and customers to benefit from our approach. The current homeownership gap is the largest it has ever been since discrimination in real estate was legal. Right now, is the opportunity for Break the Box to close that gap.
