Founded by: Fini Cooper and Octavia Calthorpe, two highly skilled and experienced breathwork coaches. Breathing techniques are tools for major transformation, and improve health on a mental, physical, and emotional level. We currently only use around a third of our respiratory capacity. We go through the day shallow breathing, remaining in a state of anxiety- stuck in the fight-or-flight response. Breathwork is the fastest way to combat the stress that everyday life can bring, and it enables us to actively change our physiology and rebalance our nervous system, significantly improving our overall health and wellbeing. We breathe 20,000 times a day, and the way we breathe affects every single function in our body. Our programmes and workshops empower employees to take charge of their own health. Whether it is preparing for a big presentation, or a quick calming technique in a moment of overwhelm in the day, there is a breath technique for any situation. Our interactive sessions incorporate informative, science-backed learning, participation in group breathwork, and effective techniques and tips to take home. We offer weekly group sessions, one-off workshops, and six-week programmes (currently via zoom), where we focus on a different theme or goal each week.
