Welcome to our mentorship program for immigrant women starting their careers in UX/UI design! Our program is designed to help women from diverse backgrounds break into the design industry and succeed in their new country. Our program offers weekly meetings where participants can practice interview preparation, learn about industry standards from mentors, and receive valuable feedback on their portfolios. We also organize webinars with invited guests on various design topics, providing participants with the opportunity to learn from experts in the field. Our team of experienced mentors is dedicated to supporting and guiding participants through the challenges of starting a career in design in a new country. Our mentors come from top Silicon Valley companies and startups, and they are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with the next generation of designers. We believe that diversity and inclusivity are essential to creating innovative and impactful designs. By providing immigrant women with the tools, resources, and mentorship they need to succeed in the design industry, we hope to contribute to a more diverse and inclusive design community. Currently, we have 45 participants in our program and 5 mentors. We are excited to continue growing and supporting immigrant women in pursuing a career in UX/UI design.
