BRIXTON CHILLI CO was created in my own kitchen , knocking up sauces for Dinners , BBQs , Events and Special Occasions. What started as a passion soon became a kind of cult following in my hometown in London and before long I had several family , friend's and local resident's asking if I could make some sauce for them. I was never planning on making Hot Sauces commercially and I was happy to just make some up for those that were asking for it , that was until I tasted a very well known brand of hot sauce from a major supermarket and was amazed at how bland it was. Here was one of the best selling brands and the sauce tasted … well just of some spice and that was it , there was no complexity of flavours , no different levels of spice , no top or base notes and the main problem … MADE BY A MACHINE ? I will make no bones about telling you right here … EVERYTHING THAT HAS THE BRIXTON CHILLI CO BRAND ON IT IS CRAFTED BY HAND AND WILL ALWAYS DONE THAT WAY. I now have the right equipment to enable me to craft the Sauces , Chocolates , Jams etc on a bigger scale to allow me to be in a position to sell it commercially. I only use FRESH , ORGANIC , LOCAL produce where possible and ensure that all the products in our range are made with passion , care and with the utmost attention to detail.
