Pedas Pedis means spicy spicy in Indonesian. As an Indonesian national living here in UK for 20 years I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of authentic Indonesian produce available in supermarkets and oriental stores. In 2022 I decided to form Pedas Pedis Co and start making my own authentic Sambals and Jams,. Hopefully they take you back and trigger those memories of home or a trip my fantastic country,
