Broadbent Group is a small, privately held investment company that manages a diversified portfolio of assets with an emphasis on real estate. Our investments consist primarily of short term real estate arbitrage plays and long term residential and commercial income property. We also deal in the acquisition of real estate notes, offer short term collateralized loans, make angel investments, and hold other small business interests. We believe that a thoughtful, disciplined approach to managing risk and opportunity cost will yield successful results. Our conservative underwriting criteria allows us to consistently outperform our minimum investment criteria.
