Brook Farm Group is an Atlanta-based, full-service real estate investment and development firm focused on multifamily development in path-of-growth and lifestyle markets throughout the Sunbelt and Mountain States. We develop multifamily properties for our own account and actively pursue multifamily joint venture and co-development opportunities throughout our target geography. From our base in the Atlanta market, we are active in multifamily development and investment throughout the Southeast and Mountain states, along with other regional growth markets.
