We are a family owned and operated Tax Preparation business with clients all over the United States. Wayne Wilt founded Brooks & Wilt over 30 years ago with his wife Joylene Brooks. Their daughter, Melody, began assisting with taxes and officially took over the family business when Wayne and Joy retired. Melody's sister-in-law, Franchesca, also joined the family business to assist with tax preparation. Both Melody and Franchesca were awarded the Enrolled Agent credential by the IRS.
