Suffolk wide charity, based in Stowmarket with a long history of commitment to supporting people within their community. We are passionate about reducing loneliness and social isolation and believe that people can be best supported as locally as possible to them - in their community. We deliver numerous community based events in different locations in Suffolk that bring people together in a safe, supported and friendly space as well as ensuring that through our countywide CONNECT service, we can connect people up with the things that matter to them - operating a 365 day/year telephone support service with a "real" person at the end of the phone.
