BTG is a volunteer partner of Building Mental Health a movement to support MHFA skills in the construction industry.
We do all that we can to bring MHFA to as many as possible through sensible pricing, and support for the voluntary sector.
In addition to expertise in MHFA, BTG can help to design and deliver your team building activities, and run programmes to support skills development in leadership, managing performance, communication skills, effective meeting skills, managing absence, customer service skills, mind mapping and many others.
We are accredited Belbin practitioners.
All our instructors are also CIPD qualified and you can always be assured of the highest professional standards. We can also support any HR specific training needs that you might identify.
We take our CPD seriously and you will often find BTG representatives at events that support our continuous learning.
