The creative arm of AV Coatings. Where we combine our engineering skills with some of the most talented prop makers and designers in the UK and Europe! Based in South Wales, UK, Break the Mould Creative was launched back in 2009. We saw a gap in the creative market for the use of Polyurea to hard coat and protect; props, sculptures and structures. Services we offer: - Hard coating of props/sculptures made from wood, foam, steel etc. - We can come to you! We have our own modern 7.5t truck with a self contained spray rig including a 80 KVa generator. - Our mould manufacturing and pural component spray foam capabilities allows us to mass produce your props economically and with ease. - Polyethylene rota-moulding capability. - In house metal fabricating & carpentry facilities. - Lifting capacity of 20 tons available on site. All our coatings and foams can meet UK Class 1 Fire Regulations if specified.
