Bucharest Inside the Beltway (BiB) is a multicultural arts and culture platform based in Paris, France. We produce artistic events of all forms: literature, visual art, music, theatre and dance. We collaborate with local and international artists and promote the work of many more. Conceived in Bucharest in 2008, born in Washington DC in 2014, BiB moved to Denver, Colorado in 2019 then to Paris, France in 2025. To date we have produced sold-out and award-winning work in the US and Romania. We operate at the highest professional standards and are committed to providing a multicultural platform so that all artists can have a voice. We are also social justice oriented and pay particular attention to promoting work that pushes the boundaries of the status quo, starts important conversations, and ultimately effects positive change in our community and global society.
