Subsidence Consultants (UK-wide), Structural Engineers, Building Surveyors and Party Wall Surveyors (covering London and the south-east). We are an independent, professional company providing subsidence consultancy across the UK and a variety of traditional structural engineering and surveying services in London and the home counties. Our Subsidence Consultants are highly experienced in the field of crack diagnosis and management of subsidence investigations and repairs. They come from a variety of backgrounds (structural engineers, building surveyors, structural repairs contracting, loss adjusting and others) and all have years of experience in this specialist field. We offer in-person site visits or remote video surveys (at lower cost) for crack diagnosis or risk assessments, plus site investigations and repair design and management across the UK. We work with some insurers and loss adjusters, but can also advise clients who are experiencing difficulties with their current team and wish for a second opinion. We also offer professional structural engineering design & structural calculations to British Standards and Eurocodes, as well as structural engineers' reports on a variety of structural defects - for home-owners or for buyers. These services are currently only available on London and the home counties.
