Following formation in 2004 it quickly it became clear that there was a demand for an overall management approach to claims on behalf of Insurance Companies and Intermediaries and as the result of this SMS Ltd stepped into that role and has morphed into the Company that it has become today, growing into a highly respected claims management and repair contractor with its own network of skilled tradesmen.
Based in offices just outside of Colchester and now branching out with a new office in Peterborough, SMS Ltd employs a variety of highly skilled tradesmen and tradeswomen working under the umbrella of two dedicated support offices to deliver both Insurance Repair and general Construction services.
SMS Ltd are Safe Contractor and CHAS accredited and have close links to RIBA/RICS certified design professionals.
We have built up a reliable, bespoke, carefully chosen and track record proven Contractor Network consisting of both in house staff and external Sub Contractors all managed by the companies founding Director, Contracts Management team and Administration staff.
Through the experience and knowledge gained since the company’s inception SMS Ltd have successfully completed in excess of 6500 projects ranging from simple insurance claims through to major Local Authority Refurbishment projects.
