Building Value

Building Value is a social enterprise founded in 2004 by Easterseals Redwood that specializes in deconstruction, hardscaping, and retail sales of salvaged building materials. Our mission begins with salvaging materials from structures bound for demolition and landfills, which are then sold at discounted rates in our retail store alongside donated items. Revenue from sales funds our workforce development program, providing career pathways for individuals from historically marginalized communities facing employment barriers. By repurposing materials and offering life-altering opportunities, we not only promote environmental sustainability but also foster community empowerment, ensuring every action leaves a positive impact.
