BuildSol Group is a conglomerate of real estate development and construction firms. Established in 2010, it started in construction and has since added a real estate development arm with a diverse portfolio of projects. BuildSol focuses on delivering high quality, competitively priced real estate while prioritizing customer satisfaction. BuildSol has produced over $400M in residential sales to date, with a portfolio comprised of multi-family and single-family residential communities as well as mixed-use projects. Buildsol's current project opportunities are largely located along the Eastern Seaboard but primarily in the states of Maryland, Virginia and Georgia. The corporate office is in Lanham, Maryland, with another office in Atlanta, Georgia.
