Built Interest believes the built environment is the most important aspect of society. Built Interest develops new age real estate in partnership with owners and operators to evolve how space is a service. All engagements are grounded in user design and placemaking research in order to define a deeply considered concept. From there, a curated team of architects, designers, technical experts, and local creative talent work with Built Interest to execute the concept from brand and planning, to build-out and operations. Founded in 2016, Built Interest has worked with clients like Hines, OVG, Allied London, and Beacon22 to build coworking spaces, coliving buildings, food halls, and new public realms throughout Europe and North America.
