About BUISCIII

BU-ISCIII is a scientific-technical unit in the Institute of Health Carlos III. Its main purpose is to provide bioinformatics support to the different labs in the Institute of Health Carlos III (ISCIII). Its main research focus is to promote and help the development of massive sequencing for genomic surveillance activities. We have been involved in activities and projects related to SARS-Cov-2 pandemic, different pathogen outbreaks investigation or antimicrobial drugs resistance surveillance.
