The Bullshift Company

Our company purpose is to learn and teach conscious communication through humour, helping people to be happier, healthier and more effective at work. We combine the fields of consciousness (mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-regulation) and communication at work (meetings, conversations, feedback, writing, resolving conflict). We use humour, examples, processes and exercises to help people laugh, learn and think together. Our Values are: Help the learner Excel at your work Be easy to deal with Use and improve Bullshift Andrew started his first business in 1993 at age 18, teaching public speaking and debating in schools. In 1994, he started delivering corporate workshops for adults. Between 1995 and 2004, he joined with a business partner, eventually employing 20 people in four states. In 2004, they dissolved the partnership and Andrew continued his work. In 2008, he wrote the first version of Bullshift, based on (at that stage) 15 years of consulting, presenting and facilitating, and leading teams and projects. The content and method became more popular and in 2015 he started The Bullshift Company. The Bullshift Company is now a core team of ten people working from our Perth office and an extended team of 30+ collaborators contributing to the production of our learning resources such as Bullshift TV. The Bullshift content has been developed over three decades in collaboration with thousands of people in hundreds of organisations and since 2015 with the Bullshift team. The Bullshift method draws on our experiences with clients and in education and the arts. Our team includes writers, actors, technicians, comedians, educators and improvisers who help us to make Bullshift TV an online learning series that engages, entertains and educates.
