We didn’t do it lightly... We did to it to lighten our footprint in these hoof-heavy times. What does the future of burgers look like? More selfie-friendly perhaps, still delicious no doubt, but surely it’s also less farmland-intensive, more factory-free? We think so, so we’re doing things differently.
