Over the past 30 years, BWP and our affiliates have acquired or developed millions of square footage in commercial property throughout the United States, including professional and medical office, retail, and industrial properties.
In 2007, the partnership of industry veterans Scott Burnham and Bryon Ward gave BWP the opportunity to create some of Orange County’s most distinctive and unique commercial projects.
We approach each project with an emphasis on value creation, either through ground-up development or by repositioning obsolete or economically challenged properties.
