Burwell Community Memorial Health Center is located in the beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska. We offer small town compassionate care with the skill and services equal to that found in large metropolitan areas. We offer 64 skilled nursing beds and 18 assisted living beds. We are changing the way we look at how long-term care is perceived. The facility wants to achieve the highest quality of life for our residents and provide a place where people live and enjoy their lives to the fullest. We are breaking the old traditions and making new pathways. Residents are treated with consideration, respect, dignity, freedom and the ability to continue making choices about their lifestyle.
