About MASI Lab

We are MASI Lab, a research lab at Vanderbilt University! Follow this page for updates on current research publications, conference attendance, and MASI Lab successes! The MASI research laboratory concentrates on analyzing large-scale cross-sectional and longitudinal medical imaging data. Specifically, we are interested in population characterization with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), multi-parametric studies (DTI, sMRI, qMRI), computed tomography (CT), and shape modeling. Our expertise is in robust image analysis designs, learning with imperfect / multi-modal data, and algorithm harmonization.
