Buschman metering rods are manufactured from stainless steel cores with hard chrome coating. Buschman is the ONLY company that starts with coil steel and ends up with a precision finished product, all in one facility. We’re also the only manufacturer making our own Hot Cast Polyurethane (PU) and UHMW Polyethylene (PE) rod holders in our own plant. Every Buschman thread profile is custom-designed to optimize fluid dynamics, coat weight, and the smoothness of the coating without defect.
