My name is Becky. I offer Trauma Informed ICF Certified Coaching, Training and Group Workshops. I have 10 years’ experience working across the community and public sector delivering therapeutic services, leading teams and programmes in mental health, addiction, trauma, and poverty prevention. I offer: Individual and group coaching sessions to facilitate growth and development towards your goals. Bespoke training sessions based on my frontline experience, on topics including Trauma Informed Practice, Trauma Informed De-escalation Approaches, Group Work, Listening Skills, Suicide Prevention, Boundaries and Psychologically Informed Environments. Group workshops including reflective practice groups, critical incident debriefing and problem-solving sessions.
