Coordinator of Scottish Government Cash First Programme in Edinburgh. A Cash First approach seeks to reduce food insecurity by addressing immediate financial crisis and providing wraparound support to tackle the underlying drivers of poverty. -Responsible for overall management of the Cash First project including development of business case and project initiation documentation.-Develop key network of stakeholders across emergency food, health, poverty and income maximization to learn and develop a city wide approach for people in financial crisis- Design, implement and learn from tests of change of a 'Cash First' Approach- Coproduction and service design alongside people with direct experience of Food Insecurity- Responsibility for regularly reporting to a range of internal and external stakeholders- Oversight of research project establishing a map of Community and Emergency Food Provision in Edinburgh- To develop and agree a clear sustainability strategy ensuring the learning of the project continue to be realised and the project is mainstreamed as appropriate- Financial management with responsibility for managing and monitoring the use of the project budget ensuring that the projects financial objectives remain on course and that progress is measured and reported on. Ensure that the financial performance of the project is aligned to the work streams objectives.

Deputy Manager at Anne Hope HouseAnne Hope House which was a established as a new residential. therapeutic centre for women with multiple and complex needs who were experiencing homelessness. While I was in this role, we achieved 3 Scores of Excellent (6) and one score of Very Good (5) in the service's first Care Inspectorate Inspection.Key Experiences:-Developed and delivered new service model-Clinical lead for groupwork and 1-1 Work-Training and Development Lead-Line manage and supervise staff and volunteer team-Responsibility for compliance, quality assurance, policy, finance, staff development and wellbeing-On call senior management cover

-Providing therapeutic groupwork and 1-1 work for young people affected by parental substance use. I use a variety of approaches including art and play on therapies, CBT tools, narrative therapy and life story work- Develop multi agency model based in local communities. Working with adult services in localities to provide outreach services that are easily accessible for parents and young people-Work with and support volunteers- Build relationships with key stakeholders and funding providers- Developed and delivered multi-agency training

Developed and project managed two new services:Health and Wellbeing ProjectIn partnership with NHS harm reduction team, I developed and delivered a new service for women working in Strip clubs in Edinburgh. This outreach service provided health and wellbeing support for women who can present numerous vulnerabilities and may be reluctant to access universal servicesSacro Women's ServiceI developed and delivered a trauma informed service for women at risk of receiving custodial sentences. This service provided intensive support within the community for women presenting with high risk behaviour and complex needs throughout East Lothian and the Scottish Borders. This service provided 1-1 support and group work as early intervention and /or a diversion for women at risk of a custodial sentence
