About BWINH Inc. BWINH Inc. is a nonprofit collective dedicated to strengthening and sustaining Black communities in New Hampshire and surrounding states. We create spaces for Black people to connect, heal, and build together through community-driven initiatives that challenge systemic barriers and foster cultural solidarity. Our programs include: ✨ Black Womxn in NH Social Club – A space centering Black people of all cultural backgrounds, with a focus on historically excluded groups. We host social gatherings, discussions, and community care initiatives to nurture connections and belonging. ✨ Black Womxn Lead – A leadership development program teaching decolonized leadership practices while matching Black womxn with opportunities to create lasting change in their communities. ✨ Solidarity Economy Initiatives – Honoring ancestral cooperative practices to address housing, land justice, food sustainability, and wellness. We recognize that self care and communal care are interdependent, and we uplift both to ensure our people thrive.
