C-1, Inc. Property Management, Construction and Consulting began in 1999 and has been on the move ever since. It is owned and operated by Gerald and Kaela Neely. As a general contractor with the State of Tennessee, we are licensed to participate in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. We are members of the West TN Home Builders Association, Uniform Certification Agency, Mid-South Minority Business Council Continuum, Greater Memphis Chamber, Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South. Growing tremendously over the years, C-1 has gained the necessary knowledge and experience to handle all types of construction projects. Our customer base has grown greatly through the positive words of satisfied customers. We have also expanded our services to include participation in various commercial projects .
