We make bold, beautiful Carnival art that tells unheard stories. We use arts and creativity to enable people to learn new skills, develop high-quality work they feel proud of, bring communities together, and explore diverse community traditions. We also have a focus on working with women (and those who identify as female) across the North-West to champion mental health and well-being through inspirational arts-based projects. We want to see a world in which everyone has access to creative opportunities through Carnival. Based in Tameside (UK), Cabasa has been delivering high-quality Carnival creations in the North-West and beyond for the past 15 years.
