Back in 2012, Sam Cade created Cades Cakes to bake for her friends while in business school. It proved to be so successful that she decided to pursue a career in the dessert industry and moved to New York City to attend pastry school. After growing a strong fan base for her wildly realistic and artistic custom cakes, she expanded her product line to include Pies, Cookie Cakes and Cake Guts, a deconstructed cake in a jar invented from the scraps of her custom shaped cakes.
