Cafe Coach was founded in 2009 in UK/London and is the pioneer of coaching in cafes. Founder Heather De Cruz-Cornaire, MSc BSc (Hons) is a qualified and experienced Business/Coaching Psychologist and has been working in the field of Global Mobility for nearly 2 decades. She brings evidence-based psychology as a Coach and as a Thought Leader and is an industry award-winner with her 'Peace of Mind on the Move' groundbreaking research (2023). Heather has supported hundreds of families transition across cultures and to adjust successfully with 'peace of mind'. In turn, a fierce advocate for dual-career issues, her mission is to bring awareness via DEI&B so that this underappreciated group is valued and included fairly as part of an employer's duty of care.
