Our passion is TEAM and CHANGE ACTIVATION where we support teams and individuals to be remarkable, connecting, resilient and pathfinding. We have been supporting organisations for over 15 years and been early adopters of coaching and facilitation development in South Africa. We changed our operating name from Gold Digger CCA to Cafe Life in 2017. Our primary focus 1. Team Activation. All teams need regular "heart" engagements that energise, align and build connection, collaboration and cohesiveness. 2. Change Activations. These activations bring high levels of engagement into the change process ensuring that the change is embraced with urgency, connectedness and alignment. 3. Resilience coaching and facilitation. Resilience is an essential muscle in todays world and cannot simply be switched on when the "tackle hits the tar." We need to train and support our people to show up strong in and through adversity, failure, boredom and disruption. 4. Key note speaking.
