Les Cafés Sati perpétuent un savoir-faire transmis de père en fils pour produire un café haut de gamme depuis 1926. Du choix des cerises à la torréfaction, de la dégustation à la vente, le café est sublimé par la maîtrise des techniques, riches de traditions.
PME familiale créée par le grand-père de Nicolas Schulé - l’actuel dirigeant - son histoire commence à Strasbourg en 1926 dans un atelier de torréfaction appelée les cafés Arc (A la Renommée du Café) au 5 rue des Francs-Bourgeois. Georges Schulé y torréfie du café et livre ses clients. En 1952, l’enseigne prend le nom de Sati (Société Alsacienne de Torréfaction et d'Importation). A la mort de Georges, son épouse reprend le flambeau, et au début des années 60 Sati entame un nouveau virage ; celui de la grande distribution alors en pleine croissance. L'entreprise alsacienne assure la pérennité de son développement en construisant en 1964 une nouvelle usine de torréfaction au Port du Rhin.
