Fundado em 2018 por Mariana da Mota e Paulo de Araujo, o Café dos Contos é produzido em Monte Sião (sul de Minas) em um sistema agroflorestal e orgânico, promovendo a vida no solo, a biodiversidade e o cultivo com responsabilidade ambiental e social. É ganhador do Prêmio Novo Agro 2019 na categoria Sustentabilidade, oferecido pelo Santander e pela Esalq. Também é um dos cases apresentados no World Congress on Agroforestry. Além da produção cafeeira, o Café dos Contos é um espaço aberto de troca de aprendizados em agricultura regenerativa.
