We focus on buying and managing mid-sized apartment buildings in markets we know well and have a physical presence in. By building strong local teams, we’re able to run our properties efficiently and take advantage of economies of scale. A big part of our strategy is structuring the right debt and working with lenders we trust to get the best results for our investors while keeping risk in check. We started out with smaller value-add projects but have since taken on larger construction efforts. We have executed two motel-to-apartment conversions in Des Moines, which opened in early 2025.
