We are market experts that have over 30 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, operations and management, underwriting, dispositions and market cycles. Our model allows for major operational efficiencies and provides us the ability to perform all functions of operation in house from accounting to management to property improvements. Our diverse backgrounds also provide knowledge in every market sector: Multifamily, Hospitality, Retail, Office, Storage, and Land. Our unique ability to find off market deals in various asset classes sets us apart and allows our investors to invest in different asset classes with varying risk profiles. Our primary focus is on value-add product in all sectors, well located trophy assets and new development in the hospitality and industrial sectors.
